The fabric is manufactured according to client specifications, including GSM, mesh, and density. The fabric is laminated on both sides, then the tarpaulin rolls are finished. Finally, tarpaulin sheets are trimmed and processed to the requested sizes.

QC system: Each QC worker checks and records data before and after production, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.

The final step involves packaging various sizes and types of tarpaulins as per client preferences. Options include Carton boxes, Bale Packages, and Roll Packages.
