These robust, foam-insulated winter enclosure tarps feature reinforced, woven-coated poly skins. The perimeter hems are meticulously folded and double-stitched using UV-resistant thread and reinforced with grommets spaced every 3 feet. Designed to shield against the cold and wind, these insulated tarps can function as vertical curtains or insulating blankets.

Insulated curing blankets have numerous applications:
Ideal for concrete walls and slabs, concrete forms, bridge beams, scaffolding, construction projects, pre-casting, ground heaters, and more.
From plastic granules to yarn, the initial step is crucial. The durability of the yarn determines the tear strength of the fabric. The fabric is then customized based on clients' gsm requirements, mesh, and density. Both sides of the fabric are laminated, forming tarpaulin rolls, which are then cut and tailored to the desired sizes requested by clients.
QC System: Each QC worker will inspect and document the process before and after production. Any issues detected are resolved immediately.
The final step involves packing various sizes and types of tarpaulins for clients, offered in Carton boxes, Bale packages, Roll packages, and more.
